Jon Moseley graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management in 2001. He has worked in the Colorado construction industry for over 20 years. In that time he has developed a concise and unique management skill. That, along with his personable attitude, have led to many strong relationships in the industry. With a background in high end custom homes in the Fort Collins area, he brought that attention to detail to the Denver Metro area and continued to uphold those expectations as he progressed to multi-family and tenant improvement projects. He has lived in Colorado for 25 years and calls it home with his wife of 12 years and their two little girls.
Mark Tellinger received his Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University in 1984. Mark’s 15 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry helped him develop a unique set of skills, blending technical precision and an eye for detail, which helps him create exceptional homes. During Mark’s 25 years in the Construction Industry, he has helped build and co-own two Construction Companies, which have produced multi-million dollars developments including both custom homes and multifamily townhomes. Mark also prides himself on being a devoted father and husband and cherishes his time with his family.
Gabrielle Gray, brings a diverse background in the realm of Real Estate, Development, and Interior Design. Originally from Colorado and a licensed Real Estate Broker, Gabrielle is deeply dedicated to fulfilling her Clients' needs and ensuring every project is executed with meticulous precision. With an extensive portfolio spanning from 50+ Residential Developments in Colorado to a Luxury Boutique Hotel in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Gabrielle consistently delivers exceptional results that resonate with Clients and leave a lasting impact making her an invaluable asset to the Moseley Construction team.
Mark Urick, a seasoned Senior Superintendent, having worked in the Construction Industry for almost 50 years, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every Project. Retired Fire Captain from Detroit, Mark's commitment to excellence and safety is second to none. His extensive experience ensures that each Project is executed with precision and professionalism. As a key member of our team, Mark's dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail consistently exceeds expectations, making him an invaluable asset to our company.
